With Mike Conroy, my partner in crime.
I have taught or co-taught a diversity of workshops on quantitative techniques in wildlife ecology in Latin America and China. Classes have covered various topics, including but not limited to occupancy modeling, capture-recapture analysis, introduction to population parameter estimation and structured decision making and adaptive management.

As I am particularly dedicated to capacity building for researchers and conservation practitioners in Latin America all the classes that I have taught in Spanish speaking countries have been presented in Spanish and all class material made available in Spanish as well. Towards fulfilling my goal to make population parameter estimation and adaptive management more easily approachable for students in Spanish speaking countries I have co-authored two Spanish language books which are available for free on line. These are
Toma de decisiones estructuradas para el manejo adaptativo de recursos naturales y problemas ambientales en ecosistemas productivos: Conceptos, metodologias y estudios de casos en Argentina and  Métodos cuantatativos para la conservación de los vertebrados.
